As one of the very few fire protection specialists to incorporate their own fabrication workshop, we can manufacture and assemble all our pipework systems in controlled conditions – prior to delivery to site.
Working in accordance with the provisions of BS 2640, BS 2971, and HVCA Codes of Practice, this ensures that our welders maintain close tolerances to prepare manageable sections ready for shipment to site.
Having our own fabrication facility affords us greater control over quality and timescales, and enables us to manage costs by removing the need for third-party suppliers.
At Besseges, we also offer a pipework design and fabrication service to other companies in the fire protection industry and any other field of industry requiring the supply and fabrication of pipework.
This comprises of pipework welding, cutting, and threading to BSPT & NPT standards, together with Roll grooving of pipework from 32mm diameter up to 250mm diameter.
As LPCB 1048 Level 4 approved contractors, we can take your project from design and planning right through to certification.
